Refund Policy

Effective October 10, 2026

Purchases are made through Apple

All TimeLens subscriptions are bought through the App Store and billed by Apple. Because Apple processes the payment, Apple handles refunds under its own policies. We can't issue refunds ourselves or see your payment details.

How to request a refund

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
  2. Choose "Request a refund", pick the reason, and select the TimeLens purchase.
  3. Apple will tell you its decision, usually within a few days.

You can also start a refund request from the App Store or from your purchase receipt email.

Free trials

If a free trial is offered and you don't want to be charged, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends: iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → TimeLens → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the trial's end date.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling doesn't refund the current period by itself; ask Apple for a refund if you believe you're entitled to one. Deleting the app or your TimeLens account does not cancel your subscription.

Your legal rights

If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with consumer protection laws, you may have rights such as cancelling within a set period after purchase. Apple handles these requests for App Store purchases. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under law.

Need help?

If something went wrong, for example the app didn't unlock after you paid, email timelensfeedback@gmail.com. We'll help, and if a refund is appropriate we'll point you to the right place with Apple.
